Guidelines to live and work by

Found this advice from Vikrant Batra, CMO of HP, while cleaning out some files. They’re the guidelines that shape his approach to work. They seem valuable to Rebels at Work, especially as we manage our energy in order to play the long game tackling any big idea or big problem to solve.

1. Track what makes you feel good.

2. Treat every obstacle as an opportunity. Change your mindset as problems arise.

3. Know what is absolutely essential to you. What can you cut out?

4. Be true to yourself. Speak your mind. Boldly. Always.

5. Give people the benefit of the doubt.
