Lois Thanks….I really enjoyed the conversion as well. Since our conversation I was able to convince our senior management that we needed to have/start a pure an un-tethered innovations team. There was initial resistance until I read them the rebel act. I will lead this team and have one year to prove my theory. I don't expect after a year I will be "the rebel without a cause". I am very optimistic for what we will expose. Steve
